- TMV may use third-party services such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Bookings, Stripe, website hosting providers, email providers, and analytics or form tools.
- Payment card information is generally handled by the payment processor rather than stored directly by TMV, except to the extent made available in processor reporting tools.
- Clients should review third-party privacy terms where applicable.
Information Sharing
- TMV does not sell personal information in the ordinary course of business.
- TMV may share limited information with service providers, contractors, bookkeepers, lawyers, or CPAs when reasonably necessary for business operations and subject to confidentiality expectations.
- TMV may disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights.
Data Retention and Security
- TMV should keep records only as long as reasonably needed for operations, tax, legal, and service history purposes.
- TMV should use commercially reasonable administrative safeguards for account access, file storage, and payment handling.
- No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Refund Policy
The Math Vantage LLC (TMV) provides tutoring, exam preparation, coaching, and educational support services. Because TMV reserves instructor time and planning capacity in advance, refunds are governed by the payment type and timing of the cancellation request.
Standard Refund Rules
- Full refund may be issued when a client cancels a prepaid session or package within the required cancellation window under the TMV Cancellation Policy.
- Refund requests outside the stated cancellation window are generally not eligible for full refund.
- If TMV cancels a paid session and rescheduling is not acceptable to the client, TMV will issue a full refund for that affected session.
- If a duplicate payment or billing error occurs, TMV will correct the error and issue the appropriate refund or credit.
- Refunds for multi-session packages, prepaid blocks, or promotional offers may be prorated to account for sessions already completed, discounts applied, and administrative processing.
Non-Refundable Items
- Completed tutoring, coaching, or consulting sessions are non-refundable.
- Missed sessions, no-shows, or late cancellations are generally non-refundable unless waived by management.
- Downloadable materials, PDFs, worksheets, and digital educational products are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
- Custom planning, curriculum preparation, or special project work already performed may be non-refundable.
Disputes and Resolution
- Clients should first contact TMV directly to resolve billing or service disputes.
- TMV will review the transaction, attendance records, communication history, and applicable policies before
- approving or denying a refund.
- Approved refunds should be processed back to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
- Management may instead issue a service credit when appropriate and accepted by the client.
Cancellation Policy
Policy Statement
TMV schedules instructor time, preparation time, and limited availability in advance. To protect scheduling
capacity and maintain fairness to all clients, cancellations and rescheduling requests must follow the policy
below.
Client Cancellation Rules
- Clients should provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a standard session.
- Sessions cancelled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled or handled under the TMV Refund Policy.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full or partially credited at TMV’s discretion.
- No-shows may be charged in full and are generally not eligible for refund.
- Repeated late cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in prepaid-only scheduling or discontinuation of services.
TMV Cancellation Rules
- If TMV must cancel a session, TMV should offer a reschedule option promptly.
- If a suitable reschedule is not available, TMV should refund the affected prepaid session or issue a credit, depending on client preference and payment history.
- Emergency exceptions may be approved by management
Terms of Service
TMV offers educational services, which may include tutoring, coaching, exam preparation, workshops, consulting, and educational materials. Services are intended for educational support only and do not guarantee grades, scores, admissions decisions, licensing outcomes, job placement, or financial results.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, scheduling, and payment information.
- Attend scheduled sessions on time and prepared with relevant materials.
- Complete independent study, homework, or practice recommended by TMV when applicable.
- Follow all posted payment, cancellation, refund, and conduct policies.
Payment Terms
- Payment may be required in advance of service.
- TMV may use Stripe or other approved payment processors.
- Clients are responsible for keeping payment methods current.
- Unpaid balances may delay scheduling or continuation of services.
Scheduling and Attendance
- Sessions are scheduled based on tutor and client availability.
- Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows are governed by the TMV Cancellation Policy.
- TMV may discontinue services in cases of repeated missed appointments, abusive conduct, or non-payment.
No Guarantee Clause
- TMV does not guarantee exam passage, course grades, admissions, credentialing results, or job outcomes.
- Educational progress depends on factors outside TMV’s control, including student effort, attendance, prior preparation, and external standards.
Intellectual Property and Materials
- TMV educational materials, worksheets, templates, and content remain property of TMV unless otherwise stated.
- Clients may use paid materials for personal educational use only.
- Clients may not copy, redistribute, record, resell, or publicly share TMV materials without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
- TMV’s liability for any claim arising from services should be limited to the amount paid by the client for the directly related service, to the extent allowed by applicable law.
- TMV is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, academic, professional, or financial losses arising from use of services.
Policy Incorporation
These Terms of Service incorporate the TMV Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy. By using
the website, booking services, or purchasing services, the client agrees to these policies.
